
Luxury Cottage Rental
This former barn was
originally a milking parlour located in the heart of the Peak District and has
surrounding countryside, the nearest pub is down the road and the path and
cycle routes are found within 3 miles of the house. The land is surrounded by
fields and meadows which also border nature reserves leading to the River Dove.

All rooms are on the
ground floor with the upper lever being available for let to other tenants, it is
relatively quiet and there is not much noise between the two levels. 2 bedrooms
with double and single beds, a welcoming shower unit for each bedroom.
Comfortable living area is very serene and cosy with an old fashioned log fire
stove and a comfy sofa. The kitchen has stone worktops and appliances suited
for this modern kitchen. The kitchen amenities include dishwasher, microwave,
cooker with fan oven, a toaster and the kitchen has a small breakfast area. For
entertainment there is a Satellite TV complete with channels and Freeview, radio and DVD player.
We have a lot of

places to visit, there are also listed events in the information pack that give
details on the local theatre or attractions in the area. The cottage is located
downstream near to Dovedale near to the village of
Harlington and also near to Biggin. The two small
villages have public houses that serve quality food and cafes are also in the
centre and a church.

Central heating is
provided throughout the house, electric heaters are also available for added heating.

integrated in to the kitchen with seating for 4 people.

microwave, cooker, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.
Washing machine and
dryer is provided as a laundry facility.
Living room has a
sofa, coffee table Satellite TV and a log fire burning stove.
Local Area
The area is a very popular tourist place with
the Tissington Trail running for miles and includes
paths and cycle routes and also horse riding tracks and this is about 1 mile
for the cottage. A few miles down the road are a couple more tracks which are
ideal for families and those with cycles. These routes have a number of access
points leading to Bakewell, Ashbourne,
Leek and Chatsworth house all of which are found roughly about 12 miles away
from the Peak District itself. The White peak area of the Peak District has
lots of rolling hills and countryside, streams and rivers near to old limestone
villages with character.
